2022_diploma project

This project illuminates the current situation of homelessness in Denmark, and investigates how architecture can be a part of the solution on how to decrease the increasing numbers of homelessness.

It is a continuation of the _homeless housing phase_01, where the focus was on one singular housing unit. In the process a strategic plan for the entire country has been developed, considering legislation, well-being and support offers to accomplish a long-term, permanent solution for some of the most vulnerable people in our society.

For the future development of the project, an architectural system has been developed for how to create sustainable solutions that consideres the daily life but also construction costs and prefabricated solutions.

The design is created from a thorough evidence-based research process.
